Sean T. Devenney |
SEAN T.
DEVENNEY, is a partner in the law firm of DREWRY SIMMONS
VORNEHM, LLP. Mr. Devenney concentrates his practice in advising
and representing clients at all stages of the construction
dispute resolution process from preliminary negotiations through
to trial and appeal. He frequently represents clients in both
Federal and State Courts. He is a member of the American Bar
Association (Forum Committee on the Construction Industry,
Section of Litigation – Construction Litigation Committee),
Indiana State Bar Association (Construction & Surety Law
Section), and the Indianapolis Bar Association. He has authored
a number of articles in trade magazines and journals on topics
relating to the construction industry. Mr. Devenney is a
graduate of the Pennsylvania State University, where he earned
his B.S. in Finance, graduating with high honors. He then
attended law school at Indiana University School of Law –
Bloomington where he earned his Doctor of Jurisprudence
graduating cum laude. After law school he served as a law clerk
for United States Magistrate Judge Mary Pat Thynge in the
District of Delaware. Mr. Devenney is currently licensed to

Mattew J. Schafer |
MATTHEW J.
SCHAFER is a partner in the law firm of DREWRY SIMMONS
VORNEHM, LLP. Mr. Schafer focuses his practice in construction
law and litigation, commercial litigation and products
liability, and represents owners, contractors, subcontractors
and suppliers in the construction industry. He is a member of
the Indianapolis Bar Association (Litigation Section), Indiana
Bar Association (Construction and Surety Law Section) and the
American Bar Association (Construction Litigation Section and
Forum on the Construction Industry). He received his B.S. degree
in Aviation Technology from Purdue University, and his J.D. from
Indiana University-Indianapolis. Mr. Schafer is licensed to

Nathan A. Leach |
NATHAN A. LEACH,
is an associate in the law firm of DREWRY SIMMONS VORNEHM, LLP.
Mr. Leach focuses his practice in the areas of construction law
and litigation, commercial and business litigation, and
professional liability. He received his B.S. degree in
Journalism, cum laude, from Southern Illinois
University-Carbondale and his Doctor of Jurisprudence, cum
laude, from Indiana University School of Law-Indianapolis. While
in law school, Mr. Leach served as Articles Editor for the
Indiana Law Review. Mr. Leach has written and co-written
numerous articles and seminar manuals on a broad range of
construction law topics. He is a member of the Metro
Indianapolis Coalition for Construction Safety (MICCS), the
Indianapolis Bar Association (Litigation Section), the Indiana
State Bar Association (Construction & Surety Law Section), and
the American Bar Association (Forum on the Construction Industry
- Public Contract Law Section - Young Lawyers Section). Mr.
