About the Author

Jason A. Webber, Esq. is an attorney with the law firm of Nathanson & Goldberg, P.C., in Boston, Massachusetts, and is primarily involved in construction and real estate litigation matters representing developers, contractors, and design professionals. He regularly advises clients involved in public construction projects, on issues including contract administration, construction defects, and bid protests. Mr. Webber has handled construction cases involving schools, municipal buildings (e.g., police stations, libraries), residences and residential subdivisions, condominiums, and commercial developments, including tenant build-outs. His practice also includes general commercial litigation and bankruptcy matters.

Mr. Webber graduated from Tufts University in 2003 with a B.A. in Political Science and History and thereafter attended Suffolk University Law School. He graduated from law school cum laude in 2006 and in 2009 he completed Boston University Law School’s Graduate Tax Program earning a LL.M. (Master of Laws) in Taxation. Before joining Nathanson & Goldberg as an associate in 2009, Mr. Webber worked at two Boston area law firms specializing in construction litigation, where his clients included the City of Boston as well as general contractors, subcontractors and their sureties.

Attorney Webber was also named a “Rising Star” in the 2011, 2012, 2013, 2014, 2015, 2016 editions of Massachusetts Super Lawyer.
